Two border patrol agents in Texas could be sentenced to 20 years in prison for shooting a Mexican drug smuggler who tried to evade capture. Amazingly, federal prosecutors allowed the smuggler to walk free -- they gave him immunity -- in return for testimony against those agents. That drug smuggler subsequently smuggled more drugs and is suing the Border Patrol for $5 million for violating his civil rights. Border Patrol agent Ignacio Ramos explained: "I was doing the job the public entrusted me to do. They entrusted me to stop a drug smuggler and I did." T.J. Bonner of the National Border Patrol Council said: "This is really the most outrageous miscarriage of justice that I'm aware of in my entire 28-year career as a Border Patrol agent. I've never seen anything so -- I can't even think of the word. This is like diving into a trash can. The deeper you dig, the more it stinks."

Medical marijuana growers are treated like hardcore crimianals and given huge sentences while some illegal is allowed to smuggle cocaine and heroin into the states without prosecution.

This is absurd. Believe it or not, the invasion of illegals is the reason I can't stand and have ZERO respect for GWB, not the reasons you have.
To me, after 9'11 there is zero excuse allowing illegal imigration over the border where drugs and contraband are easily smuggled.

Right now I'll just take a little checks and balances being restored... I don't think it's practical to go for impeachment. I'll just be happy to get some common sense dems and Republicans in office and get rid of the corruption on both sides... Fat Chance I know but that's what would make me happy as fuck.

To me allowing 12 - 15 million ILLEGALS in this country has so screwed the average working guy its a crime. Construction used to provide a decent living to working class people, now it pays 8-10 /hr like it did 10 years ago.

GWB is a one-world globalist. Although I disagree with Pat Buchannan on a lot of issues, he is dead on with regard to illegal aliens. Those like us who have to deal with this on a day to day basis are typically the most against it.
I wish for once GWB would have a 1000 "day laborers" show up for work on his ranch, piss all over the place, throw garbage all over, and then demand rights and health care.

I am a business owner and get so upset when I hear fellow business owners tell me they "need" these people. They literally have a business model based on illegal labor no differant than contractors who use scabs on construction jobs that require them to use union labor. Its disgusting.

After reading this thread I can feel myself burn with hatred for our government. Fucking throwing guys in jail for selling pot seeds? Then having DEA guys risking their lives everyday facing prosecution for shooting at a drug smuggler? >:( Its our fucking governments job to keep these illegal aliens out of our fucking country. Don't burn with hatred for your government, ...that's a self-destructive as well as an impossible flame to keep lit.
Burn with the desire for justice. That's a flame that will keep going, and can spark positive and much needed reform.

The problem is that it sets the standard for everything else where the standard rate is 10 hr. A working man cannot feed himself on that let alone a family. The American citizen is treated worse than the illegal alien in this country and it stinks.
The corrections officers unions, church groups, et al all love this mess because they make money off of it.

Toughest job out their at this time in history. These guys have to stop illegals from crossing the boarder, stop terrorists, drugs, weapons and everything else that can possibly be smuggled across the boarder and what, the guy gets busted for doing his job. Weed should be legal, but that's besides the point. These guys do a thankless job where somebody's always calling you the bad guy. The guy did his job and did it well. Instead of arresting him, they should pin a medal to his chest.

I dont know how it is anywhere else, but here in Las Vegas these fucking roaches are on every street corner. About 15 of them and they will work for 8 dollars an hour. I believe if your illegal then you should have to worry for your life. if you are discovered as an illegal then any citzen should be able to hog tie your ass and take you to imigration where you are thrown in a cell, which will be over crowded and deported back to mexico, where if you sneek back into the U.S. you will be tried for invasion of country and sent to a prison like alcatraz where there is no escape. After 10 years you will be released back to your country. If you return a 3rd time you will be punished by death... how many F*CKIN illegals do you think we would have then after 400 or so of them where shot right at he border and rolled back into mexico....
