I never measure anything...  but due to this thread, I grabed a measuring tape, and measured them.... just slightly under 17" cold...I am 5"11.. natural, at 232 pounds. According to a fat caliper I am at 12.5 % bodyfat...though I dont really know how accurate those things are.
