Rich Piana may have actually lowered the dose after all.

This makes his arms look even more like plastic.  He said he would go off until Jan and then see how big he could get in three months.

Looks like he also got new teeth to go with is tatted side burns.

TBH, I've seen him like that before. I think he often just cruises on low doses.
If you take away the PMMA and oil, he'd be smaller than the average physique competitors.
