You can make good money off of residential.  With Commercial the Sales revenues are higher, however the licensing, closing and zoning permits are way more costly.

u dont have to do commercial real estate do make alot. just rehabbing alone makes a killing. especially if u got connections as far as cheap labor, closeouts on material, ect....
