Shoulders.
Went a bit heavier since my buddy was there to spot me.

I'm thinking of trying 5x5 for my first exercise on shoulder and chest day, following it with 10-15 reps of remaining movements.

Shitty leg workout.

Moved decent weight for decent reps, but couldn't catch a pump for shit.
I was also drained from work and basically couldn't wait to come home to relax with my salmon and liver tablets.

I switch things up quite often, looking back March 26 I did bbell rows. I do them bent over at 90 deg and pretty strict.

I wish my hamstrings would allow me to bend my torso to that angle. I don't perform stiff-legged deads for the same reason.

I'm working on my flexibility, but an extremely tight lower body has plagued me since my early 20's. In my teens, I could almost do a full split and easily throw a kick over an average adult's head thanks to martial arts. I don't know what in the fuck happened to make me like I am now.

I know I'm getting old.  :'(

And, thanks for the tips. Actually bought and have been using a martial arts leg stretcher device that helps your splits. Been using that along with very basic quad and hamstring stretches. I plan to soon start incorporating some IT band and piriformis work.
