Lets say you are now at your 30s,40s or 50s, if you could turn back time, at what age would you start using?

Was pondering this in gym tonight. Got great pussy, raw, in 20s with no fear of impregnation. Now I am 30 wish I had more kids before juicing but then I'd be wasting sexuality of being muscular. Quite the conundrum.

After 3 years of proper training you arn't going to gain more muscle. Quality and maturity yes. Even the third year i didn't gain that much more.

I wouldn't say i was eating properly only because i ate too much but i didn't undereat. I did train properly and got very strong naturally in deads and squats and learnt from that for my 4th year but really couldn't go anywhere until i juiced.

Started at about 25, after 10 years of training naturally. I'm almost 29now, best I've ever looked and improving daily. Amount of pussy I could fuck is literally blowing my mind, probably a combination of a greek god body and increased maturity/skills of The Game, I'm not single tho', takes lot's of will power to resist. But I've started right when I was really ready and had enough knowledge, ins and outs, was ready to take regular BT, etc.. I'd have continued training juice or no juice, I've always had the determination and liked to lift weights. It's more like a "price" for myself, for that decade of consistently banging my head against the wall in hopes to improve further training.

Sounds like a solid foundation. Most young gym rats I see waste their time with cable exercises and picking the 'right' supplements. Their leg training? A few sets of leg extentions. Their back training? Some sloppy half way pull ups..

I squatted 405 for 9 after 2 years training at 18YO, Deads did 6 on 572 naturally after about 3. I was a long way ahead of anyone strength wise i met then juiced or not

A question I have asked myself many times. Would have liked to break some records in powerlifting as a junior (<23) but failing there taught me valuable lessons that still help me today. So I'd say 25 would have been good for me. I'm just 15 years behind schedule now. >:(

started at 18 after 2 years of lifting.
i knew a lot by then because i was interested in the whole AAS thing a couple months after i started lifting.
only regret is i shouldve just B&C'ed right from the start when i hopped on the gains train, wasted a good year cycling on and off.
but i guess you gotta know the PCT and coming off feeling before hitting the real deal.

I waited until age 25 and wouldn't change it for anything. I never advise younger guys to start before this.

Those that start well before puberty kicks in tend toward the short side of the human equation because testosterone signals the body that maturity has begun and shuts down their growth from a height standpoint.

I started pling. Could bench 300 squat well over 400 and dl 500 before I touched a thing. I had a kid too. Kids these days start cycles when they start training and ignore basics.

Yep i'm sure i was going to squat 6 plates for reps and Deadlift 7 for reps naturally. I guess i just needed more time, no wait needed to eat more, no wait i wasn't training correctly doing the weights i was doing.
Some of us were training hard at 16-19 every week not getting pissed or stoned.

I didnt do my first cycle until i was 22. Im glad i waited but i always wonder what i would have looked like if i started at 19 especially with the quality gear that was around in the mid 90s. Back then, you actually felt Cyp kick in. They had the REAL dball from Russia

When I think now.. steroids saved me from knocking up some girl as there were quite some raw action in the past years. Seeiny my friends marrying out of a "need" (because of an unplanned pregnancy) and going through all that stress of such a situation... at least some positives from this dumb activity.

I trained 4 years naturally. The 4th year went nowhere. Juiced for 4 years then cleaned out. I've been training 19 years now. You either wasted years being natural when you were going nowhere or had no idea what you were doing and slowly made shit gains for 10 years. Heaven forbid someone outdo your natural gains by 19 and start juicing or you'll start crying.
Bet you didn't get near my lifts naturally otherwise you'd say something. But i'm sure you lifted some nice weights :D

I picked up my best placings when I was natural. At age 43 I used gear and jumped into the bigger NPC shows and got my ecto ass handed to me, Even at 225 I ran into superior genetics. Once I really pushed it and at 235 did get one nice title but it took damn near a year to fully recover my health. So my answer is looking back I would use minimal HRT only if I could do it all over.

Thank you, very kind of you. But in all honesty it's NOT superb. I was fortunate enough to be friends with one of the best natty coaches in the US and learned so much about training and nutrition during my first 5 years of training. I feel it saved me years of trial and error and following magazine bullshit advice.
Even so, my genetics are mediocre, I just know how to train and eat properly and this is where lots of natties screw up. These variables become obsolete for gear users (IMO), natties can't get away with the same things they can. Even with mediocre genetics however you can still make yearly gains into your late 20s at least! I'm convinced. My best year of natty gains was at age 25 before I ran my first cycle.

There are some of us who believe Italian genetics would be a plus. Try having English and French genetics. :'( Many "Hebrews" are prone to poor health as they age. I would not want their genetics.

That's crazy, you look a lot heavier. I'd say in the 190-200 lb range. I'm almost up to your stats odd enough, still natural 5' 11" 180-185 lbs @ 8%. I'm only 19 so there's still a long time to go before I think about enhancement.

you look your best when super lean and pumped up in the gym. My best pics here are all when I was at at the peak of my dieting, and pumped up from the gym, so it creates an amazing illusion. Funny thing is I was swimming in a large t shirt, like besides my veiny forearms I didn't look like I even lifted ;D that's bodybuilding for ya. I got to 195lbs natty but I was fatter and I looked 1/2 the size in pictures....all an illusion.
Keep training hard bro, try different routines, I used Layne Norton's PHAT program on and off for a few years and feel like I made my best gains on those kind of 2x a week non linear periodized programs. And I don't care what anyone says, your nutrition is vital for a natty BBer. Ignore the fad diets this sport is infested with. My greatest gains came with a normal 6 meal a day traditional bodybuilder program of 40/40/20 macros.
I always say this, that on my worst day now, when I come off cycle, and quit training for a month or whatever, at my worst I still look like a REALLY good natty bodybuilder. Compare this with all the dudes you know who juice right off the bat and bloat up for 12 weeks and then Shrivel down to nothing Ala Cleanest Natural. You have gear there for the rest of your life to play with. I set a goal for age 25 to try it and I'm happy with my choice for choosing to wait.
