Day 5- 206 lbs
I'm dropping weight faster than I'd like, but I'm not on any "supplements", so it's to be expected. Still, I'd like to continue dieting while off and come down to 185-190 and see how I look.
Meal 1- 50 g Isopure, 2 scoops Banilla yogurt, 1 packet Maple oats. No time this morning, gotta leave early.
Meal 2- Starbucks non fat latte, low fat muffin.
Meal 3- 10 oz fillet of sole, mixed veggies, cup of Manhattan Clam chowder.
Meal 4- cheat meal, General Tsoa's chicken, white rice, beef lo mein. Snickers Ice cream bar
Meal 5- 40g Isopure
