Just ordered it, should receive it in a couple of days. It's supposed to be about training while also including a 2 hours segment about Milos dietary practices.

Besides comprehensive training information I included 2 hours of my nutritional theories which (I hope) would be enough for anyone to construct their own diet (and training) regimen...

Milos, the only thing I want from you is your layered AAS cycles, pertinent to off-season vs. pre-contest prep.

i was not happy with Skip LaCour’s (Max OT style) nutrition segment … so am looking forward to this … I placed the order a week ago … didn’t get it yet

I listened to Skips Seminar more than 3 times … and I didn’t gain any info …

He just talks about some mistakes he did previously (thinking Pizza is a complete meal) and advising not to share your achievements or loses with other people …

Also … he says any diet will work … he doesn’t recommend or give you any idea of how to diet … except emphasizing on using Creatine HSC & VP2 protein powder from AST before and after training and before and after cardio. He just wants to sell stuff from AST

Of course there are always few miserable people that have to give some negative comments.
For those I am making special "synthol secrets DVD"...

But, as I have some time to spare and there is nothing like the opportunity for selfpromotion "when attacked" - here are few "BEFORE" photos of my "non-existant" arms...
While I must addmitt I could never beat most of the pros in the arm department - I was very comfortable with my arm development - at the time (up until 1999 - when I made the biggest mistake of my life - injecting synthol).
As I already told the world my story about the synthol it is pointless to repeat it - the only thing I have to say about it - DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING IT....

But, for these few lovely characters that hate even their own shadows...I have few pics to post - for their good laugh...
[And again - thanks for the opportunity for legitimate "REASON" for me to post few pics...for self promotion purposes).
