Gotcha, my goal is to get to around tiny twink range {200lbs} and have better cardio.
I'm planning to do a few obstacle course races next year.

Incorporate more functional stuff and less bodybuilding.

Superset everything outside of the main lifts.

You won't lose any muscle.

I'm doing 1 day a week for strength (box squat, deads, etc) two runs, 1-2 conditioning with weights.

I'm doing a lot more supersets now and faster workouts...but until I feel completely comfortable with my shoulder and bicep it easier for me to lift and use machines.


every time I think of doing a pullup I look at the bar and wonder if I should do it and will I get hurt again..it's only been a little over 4 months since surgery.
