Title: Post-workout Sauna sessions to boost Recovery

Here's why:

Therapeutic sauna has been shown to aid adaptation, reduce stress hormones, lower blood pressure and improve cardiovascular conditions. Sauna may provide some relief to patients with asthma and chronic bronchitis, and may also alleviate pain and improve joint mobility in patients with rheumatic disease. The sauna does not cause drying of the skin, and may even benefit patients with psoriasis.

And the best part:

In countries such as Germany, Austria and Switzerland (my home) nudity is strictly enforced in public saunas (such as in my gym). Separate single-sex saunas for both genders are rare.

Gentlemen: mixed-gender sauna sessions must be highly beneficial for us bodybuilders -> boost of testosterone production.
