Breakfast: 2 stuffed hot cherry peppers, 2 slices Scala bread.

Dinner: Subway Turkey sub

Thats it for the entire day... (Besides water and a coke).

chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie:

6 oz unsweeted Almond milk
1/2 frozen banana (about 50 g)
1 individual size plain greek or icelandic yogurt (oikos, fage, siggi, etc.)
1 scoop protein chocolate (quest, isopure, ON 100%, etc.)
2 T powdered peanut butter (PB2)
a few peanuts (like 10 or so)
1/2 tsp stevia

about 400 calories, 45 grams protein

try it -- very delicious!

went a bit overboard while finishing, and they weren't very good for some reason.  had a bit of an off taste...

some recent beef with broccoli as well (much tastier)

6am - 4 whole eggs, 1 cup rice

9am - 11/2 cups small curd cottage cheese mixed w/pineapple or frozen berries

12pm - 8oz chicken, tuna or pulled pork (lately) 1 cup rice, vegetable

3pm - 40grms whey

5pm - same as 12pm

7:30-8pm - whatever the wife cooks (sometimes shit like lasagna or orange chicken

Tonight I made a Mexican / Russian style chicken casserole.  I scaled the recipe wrong so it came out a little bland, but still good.
