Man my focus has really improved. My running hasn't suffered at all, and I'm about to hit my second weight session this week.

Today:

8 eggs
1 can tuna
Black chocolate bar and 1/2 cup almonds
About 1/4 lb prime rib

Tonight I'll probably have more eggs and a salmon party with pan fried broccoli, kale, etc.

I know it's not carnivore but I basically adjusted it to be keto. At about 1mmol. I feel great to be honest. Seem to have dropped some water, too. I have veins all over my abs at night.

I don't know what I'm going to do at the end of the month, but I don't think I'll be going back to mostly plant-based...

I know it's just a typo, but try to imagine what a salmon party might be like.

I just this week started taking the supplement L-Arginine 500 mg twice a day. My veins which were already very pronounced now look like they are sitting on top of my skin as opposed to underneath it. Looks kind of like a pale blue-green road map.

Interesting findings so far, still carnivore,  just beef and eggs, occasionally some bacon. Been eating up to 10grams of salt a day, my preworkout drink is Pellegrino water with 4 grams of salt, 2g from sea salt and 2g from iodized salt. Zero stims, no coffee. Decided to check my BP today and heres the results.  Thought sodium was bad for you, also saturated fat was bad for you.

2: 95% chocolate bar
3: pulled pork, eggs, olives, broccoli, bok choy, bacon, hard boiled eggs (whole foods hot bar)
4: venison jerky and mixed nuts

I highly recommend you don't do the greens dude, just go full carnivore for a month.

Today I almost forgot to eat. Thanks to my daughter and son-in-law for making breakfast and dinner, I'm not going to starve. However, I think I will have a bedtime snack of a protein drink and maybe a V-8 too.

definitely looking more shredded on this diet though, it was apparent after 2-3 days. probably all water and stomach distension...
