Or are they just desperate to draw attention to them since most of them are fat and have the grace of a tractor) ?? I refer to the epidemic of flip flops, manicures, lack of real shoes even when national TV, ETC. When its hot, I understand it sort of, but the rest of them often looks like crap to downright obese.

Little FYI....manicures are for fingers....pedicures are for feet.

What's weird is that a surprising number of good looking women have nasty feet. It's like they think their bodies stop at the ankles or something.

I knew a hot chick that had feet that look like a blind man took a jackhammer to them, then finished off with a mallet...

As far the feet thing goes...there is a combo of reasons---one, it's summer. Secondly, things are becoming more lax now, whereas people don't have the expectation to wear decent shoes...
I tend to like women with nice feet to wear high heels, as it accentuates the arch in the foot. I like a nicely pedicured foot...
