He was probably going through security while shaking protein in a shaker. And in his little fanny pack (or fag-bag...whichever you like), there was his daily supply of unmarked pills that he had no explanation for.
That is what I picture by reading what McGough said. Oh, and they'll (Weider) probably raise his contract because he's considered the "Asian Chris Cormier" and the 'bad boy' thing is in. Just a speculation.

In hand luggage yes, but not cargo. Huge amounts of drugs are still shipped in large suitcases inbetween clothes, and wrapped in a special way so dogs can't pick up the scent.
And the fact that he was busted in a domestic flight makes this even more pathetic.

180k is not for simple little pill or vial,, think in the direction of narcotics and painkiller department,,inanycase the only title he will get is of a fellon,,he jst dont have the genetic to do anything with the drugs,,his structure is not good and he will bring milos down if milos dont stay away,,

Well he's being housed up in Wayside. More then likely he is pc'd right now unless he is running southside. Most of the "Chino's" are PC'd due some beefs that some of the Asian gangs tried to start with Avenue 43 and other North East LA gangs. Tons of homies up there from: San Fer, Pacas ect ect. Also, he has a INS hold. He isnt getting out of jail. The best he could get would be 8% bail. Also, he's already up at Wayside and past mens central. He is pre-sentenced and if he had any chance of getting bailed out he would have already. Pretty much LA county is the place to get busted with everyone only doing 10% right now. The fact that he is still in jail and wasn't site released with a court date says alot.
His bail was set at 180k but his INS hold is keeping him there. Thats the main reason was not site released from Mens Central. He cannot get bailed out!
Knowing all his charges will give us a better idea of what he is looking at. He could be looking at Fed Time for trying to transport a controlled substance. Also with the INS hold. Damn he is in deep shit!!! I will see what I can find out from Wayside and see where he is being housed. I know a few deputies who work there who can give me the 411.

True dat homie! I tried to smuggle my 4.6 oz. Colgate Toothpaste through carry-on and I got POPPED!! I bought a new one for fun in Fort Lauderdale just to try again and BANG, I got POPPED AGAIN!

They won't be OTC but I think they will be less regulated eventually, not too far from now. Do you think Hollywood celebs will stop their "HRT"? Do you think the anti-aging crowd will stop using hormones? Do you think the hormone "replacement" fad will fade now that steroids are under the microscope? You prepped Joe Marino who claims his steroid cycle for his show was perfectly legal (which included Dianabol of all things! A drug developed strictly for performance enhancement!). Is this type of thing now history?
No, no way. The anti-aging, HRT and "hormone treatment for injuries" movements will legitimize hormones slowly. This grey area loophole is used by bodybuilders now and it's not going to disappear IMO.

Granted, the legal system is not perfect, that is quite obvious. People get out of jail all the time when they shouldn't be let out. Many drug dealers and criminals roam the streets and have not been captured yet. This does not mean that when someone is caught doing something illegal, they should not pay the price. Anyone who is saying he shouldn't be punished is trying to justify a less sever crime, because more severe crime still exists in the world.

if what was found was anything other than performance enhancing drugs, or the amount was more than for personal use, then he may face a few months in jail. Otherwise he'll be quickly deported and then free to continue with his life, except for competing in all the IFBB contests held in the US.

so you got here narcotics and hormone combo in some way or another,,you gotta be crazy to let someone stay over 20 days in custody unless he is big time terror suspect,,the le will let you go within either couple hourse with fine and court date or if big personal user and local dealer with 15k bond and court date ,,

If they all really feel like there is nothing wrong with taking this stuff and that since it's legal in other countries it's safe and/or okay to take, why not take it to the streets as well as to the legislators? Then when the arrest, evidence, witnesses appear they cop to it. If there's nothing wrong with it, stop lying about it. Tell the truth. Come out of the closet for heaven's sake! Pay atttention. I didnt say if he was guilty or not. I said do not speculate until we know more about the case. Hidetada does not speak English very well, so I had to repeat some questions (he is Japanese) and as any lawyer will tell you, never talk about the case unless you have a lawyer present or in court.
And also, he is allowed only 4 visits a week, except on special Holidays like New Years. So please dont go and visit him. I went later, and made sure no one else was going to be there that day.

That will never happen because the sole reason that any of these guys get paid is because their sponsors are pimping supplements and not drugs. The moment they come out of the closet, they will be looking for another job. which really doesn't make much business sense, as the vast majority of the customers who buy supplements have never been to a bodybuilding contest, let alone a pro contest. Most couldn't identify a pro. Most don't buy the magazines either.
it's like these expos, at the Olympia, the Arnold, Europa, where they hand out free supplements. the majority of the customers of these products are 16-24 year olds, while the majority of the people walking around the expos are 30-50 year old industry insiders.
