So you are going to see an orthopedic and get an MRI then yes? Also take a week off everything to start then change your routine if a particular exercise bothers it drop that exercise until it doesn't.

I have not said anything but after I get my right pec repaired, I am going to have them look at the left shoulder again. You really can't train anything proper when the shoulder isn't stable.

just going to rest it totally for now.

training at 05.45 am now

In and out.
Doing more varied training, more multi function movements, moderate poundages, few sets per bodypart.
Upper and lower body parts together some days

Great thing about early training is that everyone has somewhere to go so there is no chit chat or people fucking about on equipment

I am on nodding terms with a few members, thats it, havent spoke to anyone in weeks

Do your joints not creak at that hour?
