So you are going to see an orthopedic and get an MRI then yes? Also take a week off everything to start then change your routine if a particular exercise bothers it drop that exercise until it doesn't. I have not said anything but after I get my right pec repaired, I am going to have them look at the left shoulder again. You really can't train anything proper when the shoulder isn't stable.
