Title: Hex dumbells

the regular, run of the mill metal ones we all had in our high school gym.

are they of better quality than the round ones that we see at our commercial gyms?  worse?

opinions please.

Well, I really like the ones w/  fatter rounded grips. After you use them, you wont like the skinny ones.

The ruberized ones from Dicks Sports are nice if ya put them down kind of hard.

my gym has the rubber coated ones all the way up to 130s now.... the 130s look cool
