You look fantastic regardless of age, but to be brutally honest, your body looks tired, MC.  I know you are a big volume guy, which I suspect is the culprit.  Why not scale the volume and training days back and try to lift a little heavier, if even only in the 15-20 rep range?  I think it'd work wonders for your physique.

He's 58 and after all those years your body is tired. I'm serious, you can't stay in your prime for 100% of your lifting years.
I'm not being negtive about your comment to him, but at a mere 53 yrs young I can relate  LOL
He is doing great "as is" and motivated me.

Oh, no doubt!  MC is kicking ass. 

I'm saying his training is probably digging too deep a hole from which his body can recover, especially at 58 and natty.  Cut the volume in half for awhile and see what happens, I say.

Great pics Coach Huang - very inspiring. Can you speak Japanese? I know there's a lot of Japanese influence in Taiwan and the generation before you I think had to learn it. Would be helpful for how often you travel to Japan.
