So I'm getting tired of looking for hotels with gyms or hotels with gyms close by when I travel. I am looking at getting a portable home gym that I can pack in a suitcase. Something like this:Does anyone have a similar unit that they use and would recommend?
.
Pushups, bodyweight squats, chair dips, jump rope, running (sprints), ab work, bands, isometrics. No equipment needed.
Thank you JPJ- you saved us from having to post that in Howards OAK's thread
Do you want the nubian adonis to come with it?
I guess I should have known better than to post a bodybuilding/fitness question on Getbig.I doubt many people here actually workout.🙄
X3 bar.
Looks like some bondage shit for faggots
Hi Henda 🙋♀️Saw your message - will send you a new video in my Halloween costume.

Got rid of shitzoBut then Howard returnedJPJ back puts things back in our favor
Check out the Jaquish X3 Elite system. I purchased this setup awhile back. It's allows me a good workout within a brief time frame. The equipment is solid and should last awhile. Downsides are that it probably takes a little more room when packed up and it focuses on strength training. https://www.jaquishbiomedical.com/x3-bar/?gclid=Cj0KCQiAy4eNBhCaARIsAFDVtI0XKiUlcwuMTIygkSFY1H7jbe3GzP1AxU31upVVfBn35pfukMQJsM8aAp7HEALw_wcB
I thought the getbig verdict on this was that it was just an overpriced band system.
Getbig didn't pay for it. I did. After using it for exactly a year, my verdict is that it is worth the price. Getbig doesn't make decisions for me.
You tried other band setups before? They never "feel right" like a bar or dumbells or even machines.
