Michigan, huh?
« on: June 06, 2022, 07:37:06 PM »
Wow.  All this whining about voter fraud seems to just get more and more Trumpturds in trouble.

Exclusive: Michigan widens probe into voting system breaches by Trump allies.

State police in Michigan have obtained warrants to seize voting equipment and election-related records in at least three towns and one county in the past six weeks, police records show, widening the largest known investigation into unauthorized attempts by allies of former President Donald Trump to access voting systems.

The previously unreported records include search warrants and investigators' memos obtained by Reuters through public records requests. The documents reveal a flurry of efforts by state authorities to secure voting machines, poll books, data-storage devices and phone records as evidence in a probe launched in mid-February.

The state’s investigation follows breaches of local election systems in Michigan by Republican officials and pro-Trump activists trying to prove his baseless claims of widespread fraud in the 2020 election.

The police documents reveal, among other things, that the state is investigating a potential breach of voting equipment in Lake Township, a small, largely conservative community in northern Michigan's Missaukee County. The previously unreported case is one of at least 17 incidents nationwide, including 11 in Michigan, in which Trump supporters gained or attempted to gain unauthorized access to voting equipment.

Trump-Loving Attorney Is Third Charged in Michigan Voting Machine Investigation
https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=Trump-Loving+Attorney+Is+Third+Charged+in+Michigan+Voting+Machine+Investigation

Criminal charges were unveiled on Thursday against a third person in an alleged plot in Michigan to gain illegal access to voting equipment in the wake of the 2020 election.

Prosecutors charged Stefanie Lambert, an attorney who has pushed election-denial conspiracies in the courtroom, with four felonies: undue possession of a voting machine, conspiracy to commit undue possession of a voting machine, conspiracy to commit unauthorized access to a computer system, and willfully damaging a voting machine.

Each charge carries a prison term of up to five years.

Lambert was arraigned before a judge on Thursday afternoon and pleaded not guilty to the charges, according to the Associated Press.

Arizona 'audit' leader wants texts with Michigan lawyer indicted over voting machines to stay secret
https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=Arizona+%27audit%27+leader+wants+texts+with+Michigan+lawyer+indicted+over+voting+machines+to+stay+secret

Cyber Ninjas CEO Doug Logan is trying to keep secret more than 1,600 texts he exchanged with a Michigan lawyer who was indicted on charges of illegally accessing voting machines as part of a plot to overturn 2020 election results.

Logan sent and received nearly 2,400 texts with Stefanie Lambert, more than any other person he messaged while leading the Arizona Senate's "audit" of 2020 ballots cast in Maricopa County, records show.

And now Logan and Lambert appear to have coordinated efforts to redact and conceal most of their messages — including ones directly related to the ballot review — despite multiple court orders to turn them over in response to a public records lawsuit filed by The Arizona Republic.

In addition to blocking Lambert's texts, Logan is claiming he stopped communicating with "any individual associated with the audit" on New Year's Day 2022. However, his own records show he exchanged 1,487 texts after that date with allies of former President Donald Trump who took active roles in the Arizona Senate's partisan recount.

Lambert, an ardent supporter of Trump, enlisted Logan to take apart and analyze voting machines in Michigan and Georgia in the weeks before the Arizona Senate hired him.

Logan, who was initially named as a suspect but will not face charges in the Michigan case, texted Lambert nearly every day — often dozens of times — from March 2021, before the ballot review began, to January 2022, months after it ended.

Logan and Lambert discussed their Michigan election investigation, the Department of Justice, "audit" fundraising, Dominion voting machines and putting "liberal companies funding communism out of business," according to texts obtained by The Republic.

Logan also bragged about his reach into the Arizona Senate, telling Lambert he could direct state lawmakers to do his bidding on claims of election fraud.

"I can get AZ Senators to perform more actions if need be; but I need to know the information is credible," he said in a June 1, 2021, text.

Oh look....  more pesky facts.  Let the denial, deflection, distraction, TDfS, off topic replies and TV static replies begin.   :-*

Why, I remember some little manlet claiming the Michigan fake elector scandal was "debunked".  That despite the charges being listed on the state's website, and the state AG being on record and video saying the exact opposite, there was no fake electors.  Weird how things in Retard Land never pan out the way their citizens claim.  Why is someone cooperating in an issue that was "debunked"?  That sounds stupid.  Just as stupid as some idiot actually signing their name to a document that was a blatant lie and ended up as evidence against them.

Michigan AG dismisses case against 'fake elector' in cooperation deal
https://www.google.com/search?channel=ftrc&client=firefox-b-1-d&q=Michigan+AG+dismisses+case+against+%27fake+elector%27+in+cooperation+deal

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel's office has dismissed the case against one of the 16 so-called "fake electors" charged in the plot to overturn the results of the 2020 election in the state.

"After conversations with the Attorney General's office, all charges against our innocent client, Jim Renner, were dismissed," Renner's lawyer, Clint Westbook, said in a statement.

Nessel in June announced that 16 Michigan Republicans would face criminal charges, including forgery and conspiracy to commit election forgery, for allegedly attempting to replace Michigan's electoral votes for Joe Biden with electoral votes for then-President Donald Trump at the certification of the vote on Jan. 6, 2021.

According to prosecutors, the 16 met "covertly" in the basement of the Michigan Republican Party headquarters on Dec. 14, 2020, and signed their names to multiple certificates stating they were the duly elected electors.

At some point, Qoach will be on here sharing evidence and "proof" of his claims that this entire fiasco was "debunked".  Or just lying about it.  Same thing either way.

Not very “witty” Yellow man.

What?  Did you think Arizona was going to get all the love and attention?  Or completely wrong predictions from the board retard?   Uhh... nope.  For something to be "debunked" there sure are ongoing actions saying otherwise.   :D :D

"Despite it being a multi state coordinated effort to steal a legitimate election, these are actually fine upstanding citizens." - said no one ever.

Former President Donald Trump is an unindicted co-conspirator in the Michigan attorney general’s probe into the attempts to overturn the 2020 election in that state, an investigator testified Wednesday.

The investigator also said the list of unindicted co-conspirators includes ex-Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, former Trump White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, and former Trump campaign lawyer Jenna Ellis.

The revelations came at a pretrial hearing in Lansing for some of Michigan’s fake electors, who have been charged by Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel in her investigation into the attempts to subvert the 2020 election.

Nessel, a Democrat, charged 16 fake Republican electors from Michigan last summer. CNN reported in December that the investigation was ongoing and appeared to be expanding. One of those charged already agreed to cooperate with Nessel’s prosecutors, in exchange for the charges being dropped. The remaining 15 defendants have all pleaded not guilty.
