I try to stop at the dollar store once a month.  You can get the same razors, deoderant, shampoo, TP, etc, and save $1-3 bucks per item, sometimes more.  Plus they're usually pretty empty, you can get all your hygeine stuff in about 3 minutes, and you head home with a nice bag of stuff for about $23.
