doing relaxing volume workouts

for me just using 40 pound dumbells with curls then super set to upright rows to super set with half rep stiff leg dead lifts for a combined total of 20 reps using just the 40 pound dumbells

then guzziling tons of water and kinda relaxing drinking water then doing another set

after set
after set

until you reach 200 total reps then your good no matter what you eat

i dont like much carbs during the day

for breakfast
1/2 banana
1 large strawberry
tons of water

around mid day some servings of swiss, cheddar and pepper jack cheese

after this one bite of a granola bar ( can tell my sugars are getting low towards end of work day) but not much calories in one bite

when home eat beans and rice, add some cinnamon toast crunch then begin workout

dont have time for meditation. its hard to be a "beast" after a days work thats why i like non confrontational relaxing lifting

I like this term Condor. After working a 6 day week if I can be bothered lifting that's how I do it.

Falcon, u should build ur self a big hamster wheel in ur back yard and walk on it. Not too intensely. Then fill a big water cooler bottle up, put a hole in a piece of cork, push a round steel pipe thru it, pop this in the spout,  turn it upside down n hang it from a nearby tree. Get a clothes basket n put ur gerbil food in it. Nibble occasionally then take huge gulps from ur water dispenser. Throw some cedar chips on your lawn n rest between workouts. Then get ur self a big round clear plastic sphere n roll back n forth to work in it.
