IF, BB's were all stacked with blessed genetics and we were trying to split hairs between a bunch of perfectly aesthetic physiques, then calves might be the tie breaker. Calves do give someone teh edge when all the physiques are grotesque, or they contain a number of faults already. But when a physique is virtually perfect, the calves- or lack of, doesnt do enough damage to relegate an ugly physique above them.
Wolf has a great physique but he's no Dexter. Both have sub par calves. Dex's are in fact better than Wolfs.
IF Dex did what Flex did, then ppl would be raving about how he is ther greatest ever- kinda like they do about flex already.
But for some reason both he and Wolf dont do it.
Says something about characters to me.
Why wouldnt either of these guys do it- it would almost guarantee them a Mr.O win.?
Could it be that at their core they are competitors and respect the competition enough not to manipulate it beyond what everyone is doing?
what does that say about synthol users?...
how about synthol and implant users?- i.e. Flex Wheeler?
The judging crfiteria has to stay with who looks the best when they stand alone, and according to the best balance, up, down, left, right, largest taper in both directions, most cartoony appearance- with everything balanced..and Dex has that.
Wolf, IMO comes in after Dex as he does have noticable left/right/up/down imperfections.
Size is great, but dudes get large for one reason- to establish proportions. We mustnt reward size for size's sake..it has to be size for the pursuit of perfection.
So one guy being more massive than another should not win a competition.
