Its more of a "keeping myself in check" type of thing.  I can get away with some eyeballing every now and then...but mentally I do better with seeing my numbers.

Finally got into a commercial gym today. Didn’t work out back, but my chest and stomach had too much hair that would only excite the bear community on here. Uploading here to update my profile pic. Back is thin and lower back sucks. Delts are overpowering Dillett style

For a moment I read that was 100 reps straight... High reps on calves are brutal.

feel lke shit on low fat and only 100 mgs test on thurs, so ima increase fats a bit and shoot 50 mgs sust ed and lowed drol down to 25 mgs off days and 50 mgs on days

before i was on 100 mgs sust thurs only and 50 mgs drol off days and 100 mgs drol on days

bis will be db spider curls superset with db spider hammer curls and 3-way barbell curl superset with close, wide and normal grip, doc blakely showed me those

tris will be db skulls superset with db close grip bench and reverse grip pressdowns superset with over hand pressdowns

padilla and platz followed a high carb lowish protien diet, padilla said he ate 80-100 grams protien, for the 81 O and both looked thier best in that contest and both were inspired to do this from menzter

if you eat calories in excess you will get fatter, no way round it

well maybe you can get round it by blasting gh coz according to big paul he is doing just this by running 15+ ius per day, he talks bout this in the first few mins here

fyi, my boy vigourous steve is in this roundtable of experts 8)

and i'm down to training 4 days a week

Ok DJ tell the board how many calories you are eating a day and how much you are spending on groceries and food per week. See if the board agrees you are starving yourself. You will never gain muscle starving yourself.
