I'm not an expert like you Milos, I don't have my PHD in biochemistry or physiology and I don't know a fraction of what you know, I'm just searching for answers, always searching for information, the more you know the better you're off don't you think?  ;D

I tried your workout today and the shake......
anybody who bitches about you using "pussy weights" should be slapped, I almost threw up for the first time in all this time I have been working out, it's way harder than HIT and puts so much demand on your cardiovascular system, you train harder than Dorian Yates or anybody and people should not judge working hard by the amount of weight a person uses
I should ask again I know that you want to stimulate growth for every muscle fiber by doing different exercises but since I don't own my own gym  ;D
kind of hard to do a rotation of 20 exercises like you did with dennis wolf so would using drop sets and couple of different exercises be effective also?

Perhaps not! I asked a question over two months ago, regarding whether or not his shakes (taken during a workout) are as effective with traditional training, as opposed to going giant sets.

I asked him to do a Q&A like this on the Training board a year ago and he said he was too busy back then. We just need to be patient and don't flood the thread with too many questions at a time.

When you get back online, can you just tell us a bit about the great Sonny Schmidt. I know that you guys were close. I met him a few times and he was a great man. He was one of the best. It is sad that he is gone.

i own a gym and its rather dificult for me too,my gm is small and only have one machine each.but with imagination you can get to 10,15 or 20 exercices for sure.and for all of you that think you dont gain muscle with this training style,i started my prep this year with 120 kg fat  and really out of shape, my contest weight 118kg,that only means something!! i gained muscle!!! training suoer giant sets is very demanding,funny,and hard, the ounos are hard to beat this way,give it a try for a few mnths and you will be amazed.

How was your romanian experience ? I thought the lights were bad as ussual and the venue looked like a thirdworld country.

so tell us about your results with this kind of training? has your bw gone up? can you lift heavier weights? has your biceps grown etc etc?
