WTF!! That's some messed up shit Mes. You know any backstory on that? They obviously caught him or the vid wouldnt be out there. The toddler prob had bruises no doubt. Is that his sister or just a random kid at the daycare? I would go upside that little fuckers head so hard. If he's tough enough to throw a punch, then he can take one too

No I don't know the story behind this .....
What I do know is harsh as this may sound you can tell that this kid is naturally evil no therapy can help.
Some people are just naturally evil when he gets older he will probably get off on torture

If that is the daycare vid, the aunt says that he is on meds. He needs structure and discipline. I bet dollars to donuts that he has seen that behavior played out at home with his mother being abused---plus watching tv. He shouldn't be around younger kids. He should be outside playing around with other kids his age, or doing homework.

A 9yr old, that's a guess, is sitting in a daycare next to a toddler who prob isnt even 2yrs old.The toddler is in a stroller. He's looking around so no one sees him and punches the baby right in the face. Gets up walks around like nothing happened, goes back and punches the baby in the face again! Fast forward to later on, the baby is out of the stroller and standing around. The kid drop kicks the baby with both feet. Kicks the baby, and I mean BOOTS him, a couple more times

Some people are born evil is one of the most stupid phrases ever, nobody is born evil (what is evil anyhow) but human nature is complex and is formed by events and our daily life what we are exposed to what we see hear etc.
You look back in that child's daily life and i guarantee you there is some form of abuse happening in that family, I am talking about the boy here.
