depends on how big you are right now.If your 180 and drop to 160 you'll likely look a lot better but overall smaller ..... now if your 300Lb that's a different story.The thing is you'll also loose a lot of strength ....... nobody seems to point that out.
ya forsure....your bench will go down and alot of your other pushing lifts.
go ahead look leaner but i don't think you should sacrifice the things that make you muscular like your bench. If you have a max bench of 275 and becuase you wan tto be lean you cut carbs and calorise drastically and your bench goes down to 205 or less...you cutting wrong and losing too much muscle.
