How or if has ramen nooodles saved you"re ass from starving?
I moved to LA when I was 15 and it got me through High School.
Most are all show no go!

I remember as a kid we always had them for supper at least one night a week while I was growing up.  Very economical meal.

Parents didn't fix meals for you?

Never had them until college, and I can count on 1 hand how many times I had them. They were loaded with sodium. Always went to the cafeteria and loaded a bag full of food and took it to my dorm room.

Aside from the sodium, I don't mind them too much.

Been eating a lot of whole wheat pasta lately.
