Making a 25ft putt on a consistant basis is skill. Hitting a golf ball 200 yards and placing it 3-5ft from the hole is a skill. Driving the golf ball 320 yards down the middle of a fairway and having a wedge shot to the pin is a skill. See what I'm getting at?
