I suppose but you don't really have to have any sale skills because the homes are built according to the buyers wishes and they can pick and choose every last detail they want from the color of the house, carpet, appliances, styling, and etc. I saw one option where they'll built an enclosed side deck with a hot tub and a sauna with a wall mounted plasma TV and waterproof telephones in both. Even had a retractable sunroof. I'm going to get that setup in a couple years

Home is paid off so why would I want to move for and its actually a very nice home. I used to live in a nice apartment back in Greenville and I thought the same way about mobile homes but once I went to Clayton Homes, I was impressed at all the shit you can get and how much nicer they were. Ceiling are 10 feet high so no ducking my head, got a shower and a whirlpool bath in the master bedroom. Because of that, I don't have to work much and I have more money to do other things with. You all can have your 1500 dollar a month houses and work yourself to the bone, fuck that shit. I'm going to chill back and relax and just pay my house insurance every 6 months, and my 60 dollar a month electric bill since mobile homes are very efficient.
