like anyone here would tell u is a great beginner cycle would be:
test e or cyp-500mg/wk (shot once a wk if u dont like needles) 1-12
dbol-40-50mg every day 1-4
for post-cycle therapy-use nolva at 40mg every day for 4 wks, starting 2 wks after last test shot.
there u go, a good cycle that will yield good gains if u eat right, train right, sleep good, etc...
