This is true. However a zillion controlled med studies have shown you will lose muscle unless you maintain a higher protein intake while dieting. White fish is a very good way to achieve that.

Let’s not make this out to more than what it is. Fish (if necessary and it usually is) is usually brought in about the last week or two. The boy expert either doesn’t know or likes to leave out those little details. Last week for Lent I switched out my chicken for cod at 8oz per meal at 3 meals and dropped 3 1/2 lbs. went back to the chicken and put 2 back on.
