It's more of a cardio/exhaust after I do legs.

3 different height square stands next to eachother.start at the lowest jump up om it jump down,move to the next level,do the next and so on.

....as fast as you can without killing yourself ;D...till your outta breath.

Probably better from a gym store.the one's at my gym have a gritty mat on the top so there is a little shock absober and your sneaks have some grab.


....might hurt some peoples knees but never mine.chaos does them too.
