I am. Not 100% but I do find it to be alot of fun and more and more I lean towards the implements when I go to the gym.

I don't know about size, but it has definitely helped in the strength department.

Something very primal about grabbing an apparatus loaded with weight and using every bit of strength to move it from point A to point B and knowing most "weightlifters" would never even attempt it.
