I'm big on searching for deals.  I know it's the general theme to proclaim supplements useless, but I thought I'd share this with my Y board training peeps.   This is TODAY only:

Switching to double overhand grip will make you feel weak at first.  It gets better.

We have a Cybex seated press machine,and it`s very humbling......can only use a fraction of the weight that I can use if I do seated bb presses............works the hell out of my delts though.
