A few weeks ago I started running a trail a couple times a week. I can cardio it on the feminine elliptical for hours but that trail beat me up after a few days. My buddy did the Tough Mudder in New York a few months ago. He had some pretty bad conditioning and didn't even carb load before it and he still managed to finish.

I want to give it a try, though. Seems like it's a lot of fun.
