The thing is with the one in the video you will have to use your arms to hold it, including your shoulder,  the Westside one you can keep your hands down low, no pressure on the shoulder.

On a side note after you heal, you can load the shit out of the safety bar, hold on to the side of the rack and squat using your arms to help you lift.

I  think you've sold me on it.  Seems like a good piece of equipment, albeit a little bit of a specialty item for a twink like me to own......

Lol!   I "bulked up" to ~200 about 10 years ago.  It looked absolutely awful.   With my structure, there is no way around it (that I'm willing to do).  If I went on anything, I'd be like a worse Dan Hill or Kamali.

Good news is I just got a shot up with cortizone, and the ortho feels this will fix 80% of my problem.

Haha, not within the last year. Still hovering around 195 these days. I'm going full homo by claiming I'd rather be 185 for "epic leans" instead of just "leans".

What do you guys think of a guy that struggled to deadlift 455 for 5 2 weeks ago and claims he pulled 545 "easy" yesterday? I think that sneaky chink is on the sauce. >:(

I new eventually u would call me out lol,,,its seems redundant to go over it all,,i should have just kept exercises like usual ,,once in a while i throw in like sldl's up to 275 ...side laterals 30's/40's sounds ghey,,,,legs i put good #'s but posting all weights is a bit much.
