Finished Cycle 4 of Wendler for CG bench and box squat.  Made all my numbers, but now it's getting harder, and eating the way I have may not be conducive to the next few weeks.

I had a two week layoff because my gym was closed,I was burntout so I took this time to chill and eat like a pig and just relax.

That being said,I started back last week,and trained this morning....worked on my massive tree trunk like quads!  :)

Just a fair warning that in another week or so, I shall make my triumphant return posting my workouts on the highly esteemed "Y" board.

I will take no shame in embarrasing all of you.

Just a friendly heads up,so keep pumping!
