From the ground with bands wrapped around the safetys up high in a cage, makes it lighter on the floor, full weight just above the knees. Builds explosiveness.

Lol......pull up using these climbing holds instead of bar - have them hanging on chains - allows shoulder to rotate a bit, improves grip, and (to me) is much more comfortable on my arms/shoulders:

I like it and it does help with my lower back and hip pain.
I've had it for awhile and kind of forgot about it and started using it again about 2 weeks ago and it definitely has lessened the pain.

People I know swear by it.  Wonder if it's good practice for overall health / preventative stuff too.
