pull ups down correctly are a better exercise

lots more involved

And a lot more difficult.

Why not just not do the pulldowns?

Someone just yesterday told me to add pullups to my workout!

I said skip the pull downs, not the pull ups.

So doing rear delts is what's hurting my hamstrings?

Spending a whole workout on shoulders and neglecting overall conditioning.

You have built up enough mass that 3-4 sets of overhead presses will make you look exactly the same.  You'd get enough stim from chest workouts, conditioning stuff, etc.   All that other stuff is frivolous.

But, that's just one black man's opinion.  Could easily be wrong.

Exactly - but you wouldn't lose mass - I think SoulCrusher is the best example of this.

Oh brother.  If you think you'll lose mass doing squats, deadlifts, and presses, I don't know what to tell you.   If you do, just up the dose for two months and it will all be back.  ;D

Meditate tonight with the following chant:

"I will let the gay ass bodybuiding shit that doesn't matter go.....I will let the gas ass bodybuilding shit that doesn't matter go....."

Work it in with back.

I have a better one, suited to your desire to "bodybuild"  ::).

Deadlifts:  5 x 5

Circuit 5 consecutive sets, no rest between each exercise, 30 sec rest after lunge:
20 push up
Monkey bar "there and back"
1 min plank
25 KB swings
30 walking lunge

3 x super set x 10 rep:
BB push press / pull up

Run 1 mile on treadmill
