you can always inject - and also make installment payments on plastic surgery - seen dudes get implants
BUT gyno is a BITCH - the surgery is elective in most cases ($$$) - you literally cannot do shit about it unless you wear a shirt - can't inject or out angle your pancake tits -

So many pros have shit calves they almost seem like optional bodyparts.
Gyno is a Scarlett letter. Shameful. A side effect of too high estrogen for too long. Very few have competed with gyno and lived it down.
