Not really! Notice Ross isn't super ripped. If Oketch and Terry were able to compete at Ross' bodyfat, they'd look like MONSTERS and make Ross look like a smurf.

Yes.

Oketch is 6'4"; so is Terry. Ross was 5'10".

Ross was 210 max (and that's by 60s standards). Oketch and Terry, at the body fat level of Ross, would be FAR larger.

Check how much bigger Oketch looks when he's doing strongman.

I'm not sure if that was a requirement or if the guys just do that to save time, although tripping over the bar and busting your head open might not be worth an extra half-second off.
