Title: Dumb disclaimers
Post by: #1 Klaus fan on March 23, 2009, 04:24:05 PM
"Always consult a physician or a doctor, before engaging in any training program."

How stupid this really is? "Hey doc, I decided to do some pullups and on top of that go for a walk a few times a week. Is this healthy?"

Yeah, for some. It could say that use common sense and take your conditions into consideration. But it is what it is for legal purposes. So never mind.

true, but  some people are fucking stupid, for example now they have to tell you that coffee is hot... why? because some stupid bastard sued because he was burned from coffee.

You would be amazed on what people sue for, and the judge or jury would agree with them because they weren't told in advance this important information.  Hey, if the personal trainer 'forced' the person to something again his wishes, and he get hurt, sue away.

Klaus you don't seem to understand a lot about life based on most of the posts you make. Just a general observation.
