list is interesting but if we're talking pro then mendenhall is off list,haney ,gaspari,labrada,christian,demey.strydom great yes but inexplicably showed up at 88 or 89 mr o emaciated,comes back 91/92 wbf massive and deserving of title,some say 91 strydom would have pushed haney that yr,yates was still smaller than both ,harder but smaller.

But was he even in the Olympia after 83? I think his 5th place finish kind of discouraged him. In fact he got so pissed off that years later, when his girlfriend told him that he wasn't even good enough to beat 160 pound guys like Makkawy, he snapped and shot her to death. Then when the girl's mother saw her daughter lying there, she screamed at Bertil, "Even Dickerson owned you, you stupid gorilla!" And as we all know, that's when he killed her as well and is still, to the best of my knowledge, in jail.

Epic reliance on IFBB brainwashing. Haney had huge flaws. The rest never compared with torso, not even close. Bertil was better but the truth is Weider also wanted and still prefers an articule and polite spokesman as Mr. Olympia.

In reality Fox looks like the 8-time winner, just looking at the pics. Far better balanced physique, size everywhere, unlike Haney.

The main problem was Weider's desire for articule, polite representatives of the "sport". Fox didn't qualify, neither did Robinson or Oliva, Haney did.This is straight from the mouth of a former Olympian to me.

I'm not the only one sayin it. Haney's blatant imbalances with the torso overwhelming everything else are also obvious when comparing them in good condition on video.
