Gawddamnit.  That brother has a better bod than 90% of BB's and he just worked on the bars for it.    Most of us would kill to have that look year round. probaly eats junkfood and and doesnt about all the "Science" of nutrition like us.

You guys gonna argue genetics after seeing that....some guys got it w/out trying... :o

Wrong.  the point in the clips is they dont have gyms so they make up street workouts.   Do you remember having a 27" waist with abs??    Dont take much for these guys.
