I bet most dudes here look good, not huge & ripped good, but good.  Anyone who trains regularly and pays any kind of attention at all to what they eat will look fine.

Actually NOT.

I came to bodybuilding after a knee injury. I want to improve my general health and fitness, the good looks are just a nice side effect.
