Fret not mighty Hulkotron, we are.  SC has been publishing his workouts in the GO to make hank cry.

I am training, but doing more maintenance type stuff, since I average 2 baseball games a week, and my ass needs recovery, so nothing spectacular.

From the other day:

5 min airdyne
3x plyo box jumps at 30"

6 sets of hands free elevated safety bar squats (getting shoulder MRI today, possible labrum tear)

4 x goblet - superset pullups

6x e2mom:  Sled pull / sled push / 30 sec sprint on treadmill

Besides last weeks vacation I've been lifting and doing cardio steady since early spring.

I've gained 15 lbs of muscle this year, although I started at 156 lbs so not all that impressive still.

I've had a good run working out lately.

Same.

I decided that with kids out, working from home full time, and basically a crossfit gym in my basement I need to do better.

I started an 84 day program last Monday and made a commitment to see it through.  6x a week is tough on my old ass, but I'm going to continue to try to complete this.

Haven't missed a day yet.......

There was a guy on the flat bench yesterday with a 45lb plate on only one side.He would bring the weight down with one hand on the bar near the weight side then he would lift and throw the bar {Not very high} clap his hands then catch the bar where his hand was and did this for reps. Then he would switch hands and do the other side.

Reminds me a bit of “asymmetric benching” where you deliberately press it up first with one arm and then with the other.

Only ever see the smaller guys doing these kinds of things.

Dude was in shape but he does do some crazy balancing stuff. I saw him do a handstand on a upside down part of a half yoga ball. Then he started doing hand stand push ups.

I was talked into doing another OCR for a friends birthday next summer and I don't want to embarrass myself any more then usual so after the New Year my training will be a lot more cardio with push ups, pull ups, trail runs when its not to cold and my gym has monkey bars.
