Most likely another 10 years to make any improvements. Again I think this is a long term sport.... mid 30's early 40's, until I start to resemble to the look I want,,, with age comes peak performance and great muscle maturity .... look at the top guys..... before ronnie fell of he was early 40's and looked awesome so..... look at larry scott, dave draper, etc.... these guys looked great as they got on in age.

You look like Jeff Dahmer's kid brother ...I half expect there to be oil drums in that house full of corpses dissolving in acid...or maybe some kidnapped girl in a hole in the ground with you handing her down lotion and urging her to put it in the basket ..

I know posing was awful TG ( great movie, john wayne is/was the man) I'm motivated enough to take a few more pics soon and make it a point to pose better.

no gimmick here, nothing wrong with a lil' body focus but the creepy thing is just this natural genetic talent I have,,,, a gift really.

I do remember trying different combinations but in the end I was

it's only a 3 #'s anyway.... means nothing, although it does have connotations yes, not in this case though,
symbols and phrases can be " offensive" to some but in the end it's a mans actions towards others that counts in the end.
