He's dead. Master Ronald Duncan...the one that is practically responsible for the Ninjitsu craze in the US. As he was possibly the first one to study here in the US back in the 1960s. I believe he served in the Marines. Arce has utmost respect for him.

2 things I noticed about the guys I know who are really good at self defense/martial arts is 1) they are very quiet about their skills but very confident when its time to act and 2) they all say that belt colors don't mean shit.

Sweet video. Only goes show how choreographed demonstrations are. I know from first hand experience. As a teenager I was on a demo team and I went alone with the charade knowing full well that the techniques wouldn't work unless I "helped".

I admit, I wanted to believe but eventually I smartened up and moved on. A high school friend continued and eventually got a black belt in TKD. He teaches TKD in Texas to this day. He teaches mostly elementary age kids who aren't smart enough to know better.

eventually i realized these wimps cant do shit against a bodybuilder

so i then became a bodybuilder

Funniest part is when it actually comes to real fighting at the end. All they do is grab each other then the other grabs hold of his leg on the floor lol, instinct always prevails, and that generally is to strike out as in punch and kick.

hahahaha, I realized none of them could handle straight punches down the middle or for that matter being hit at all. I would love for everyone to see my friends website but I don't want anybody fucking with him. He has a picture of himself in midair kicking surrounded by flames. Also, when I visited a few years back he put on a demonstration using the theme from the movie Top Gun.
