Eh, its like middle child syndrome, fundamental attribution error, and the rest of the crap people write to justify something. Not saying it isn't true, but you can find just as many rich kids who don't hate their parents, ie Romney and any Jewish kid. It's all about values and how you are raised. It's more about spoiling the kid than being rich. I have a buddy who's family has money, and he worked his ass off, and still does, you'd never know they had as much as they do by looking at him. Same thing I will bestow upon my children.
