"Flex Friday diet cutting day 1. I actually counted calories and limited myself to 3k calories 200g of protein and 200grams of carbs yesterday. Is it just me or is hanky's nose getting wider? Like all the growth hormone he "front loaded" just widened his nose and nothing else. He'll be like Heath with a nose wider than his shoulders.

True TRT is the amount that clears up symptoms of low T while remaining within a physiologic scale. So that differs depending on the individual.
